This policy covers only the https://budgeter.it website. How the Budgeter app processes data is described in the app privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
The website is a static showcase: it uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools, and it does not load resources from third-party services.
Technical browsing data
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes this data on behalf of the controller: to deliver the pages and protect the service, it records the technical data of requests in its logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time). This data is kept for a limited period and is not used to identify or profile you. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in publishing and protecting the website. Processing may also take place outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
If you write to budgeterappinfo@gmail.com (for example to join the app test), the controller processes your address, your name and the content of your message only to reply to you and handle your request, and keeps them for as long as needed. The mailbox is managed with Gmail (Google).
Your rights
You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing, by writing to budgeterappinfo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
